OMA Merges Slender Towers Into Pairs for Park Grove Condos in Miami
Park Grove is a collection of three residential towers designed by Rem Koolhaas and developed by Terra and The Related Group. The project forms OMA’s first commercial residential undertaking in the United States, and is characterized by faceted concrete columns that function as the tower’s exoskeleton. The design references the form of Florida’s barrier islands, with undulating façades that promote ventilation and daylight. The project broke ground in 2015 and is set for completion in 2018.
