Park Grove truly represents a unique artistic achievement. The condominium complex consists of three towers that are very modern but still blend organically with the surrounding landscape. The buildings were designed specifically to afford a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape from within the towers themselves.
The private residences have large balconies with glass walls providing a connection between the indoor and outdoor so that the ocean blends naturally with the house itself.
The interiors
The interior of the house is custom designed by the famous William Sofield. The lawns consist of naturally landscaped gardens by Enzo Enea. Park Grove consists of One Park Grove and Two Park Grove.
One Park Grove
One Park Grove is the most exclusive and the largest of the three luxury condo towers and consists of three to six-bedroom bayfront residences with 12-foot ceilings, aluminum floor-to-ceiling glass window walls, and doors with each home having a spectacular view of the Biscayne Bay.
Each residence has a private outdoor terrace of up to 1,000 square feet large. The residences are all pre-wired for high-speed internet access. Floor options include natural stone, porcelain, and wood tile.
Access to the homes is through dedicated elevator lobbies and private elevators.
Two Park Grove
Two Park Grove is an ultra-luxury condo building with kitchens & baths designed by William Sofield and includes Italian Cabinetry with Glass Doors and Stone Countertops.
