After starting construction a year ago, Two Park Grove is starting to go vertical in Coconut Grove. In May of this year, the foundation pour took place where 860 tons of steel and 2,600 cubic yards of concrete was poured at Two Park Grove.

Park Grove is a collection of three residential towers designed by Rem Koolhaas and developed by Terra and The Related Group. The project forms OMA’s first commercial residential undertaking in the United States, and is characterized by faceted concrete columns that function as the tower’s exoskeleton. The design references the form of Florida’s barrier islands, with undulating façades that promote ventilation and daylight. The project broke ground in 2015 and is set for completion in 2018.
With the combined vision and experience, Terra Group and The Related Group form a dream team with the market knowledge, financial depth, and native intelligence to unite brilliant architects and designers in the creation of a fresh design. The team recruits top design talents and world-class art to create uniquely appealing residences at Park Grove, a 5.2-acre property directly across from Biscayne Bay. The three-tower community will boast kitchens and baths, a restaurant with an award-winning chef, an amenities program, and a two-acre sculpture park.
